The Surly TPU, or Thermoplastic Urethane, tube is a tough, airtight material lighter than traditional butyl innertubes. It is designed exclusively for the Surly Molenda tire, and allowed for a custom, oversized 6.2" width that maintains its structure, even when operating at low pressures. With the TPU tube installed, you can air down your Molenda tire to maximize contact patch for better flotation, traction, and overall performance.

Stan’s NoTubes Sealant is a thin, low-viscosity liquid that coats the tire interior and seals punctures quickly. Two ounces of Stan's in a tubeless tire can repair punctures up to 1/4" to keep you rolling. Stan's Tire Sealant is formulated to stay liquid in tires for up to seven months. Arid conditions require more frequent monitoring of sealant levels, but anti-freezing agents in our special formula allow Stan's Tire Sealant to be used in temperatures as cold as -30° F. Stan’s unveiled the Dual Action Repair for Tubeless (DART) Tool in 2019, ushering in the first repair plug designed specifically for tubeless bicycle tires, rather than a scaled-down version of what was available in the automotive and motorcycle world. Subsequent refinements made way for the tool’s rerelease as the Original DART Tool in 2025, introducing a stainless steel insertion rod accompanied by an improved DART developed through the first tool’s lifespan. By using a flexible, laser-cut material, the DART conforms to nonuniform puncture shapes caused by the jagged and sharp edges of debris and obstacles found on trails, roads, and paths. Treated with a reactive solution, the DART bonds with liquid sealant on the inside of a tubeless tire to form both a chemical and mechanical seal to permanently bond a puncture too large for tubeless sealant to repair on its own. Complete with two DARTs, the tool weighs only 15-grams and fits comfortably in any small pack pocket. Tubeless setup should be a "set it and forget it" affair. SPANK's tubeless valves are constructed of durable brass material and a tapered round rubber base which fits a wide range of rim designs. The extra-long shafts accommodate even the deepest well rims and most troublesome of pumps. Using the latest fast-acting latex, our water-based sealant is ammonia-free, non-hazardous and lasts up to 6 months in the tyre in temperate climates*. It won’t ball up in the tyre and is easily washed out. Our biodegradable fibres and particles bind together with the fast-acting latex to create a clot (like platelets in your blood) to quickly & effectively seal holes and tears up to 6mm. For best results use with Peaty’s Tubeless Rim Tape and Peaty’s Tubeless Valves. 1. Shake the bottle vigorously before every use to ensure an even distribution of fibres and particles. 2. Rinse away any old sealant from the tyre and dry off completely. For brand new tyres degrease, rinse and dry the internal carcass to remove factory mold release agents and other contaminants. 3. Seat your tyre onto the rim and inflate initially with no sealant, using a track pump, inflator or compressor to pop the tyre bead fully onto the rim. 4. Deflate the tyre and, with the valve at the three o’clock position, use the flexible injector pipe provided to inject the desired amount of sealant directly through the de-cored valve. 5. Re-insert the valve core and re-inflate the tyre to desired pressure. 6. Distribute the sealant around inside the tyre by spinning the wheel and tapping the tyre on the floor. 7. Listen for any air leaks and orientate the wheel so that the sealant flows around the inside of the tyre to the area required. Continue doing this until you can’t hear any more air loss † 8. Wash away any excess sealant that may have found its way to the outside of the tyre or rim with water. 9. Check tyre pressures and ride! Recommended minimum quantities per tyre: - Road 30 - 45ml - CycloCross 60 - 75ml - 26” MTB 60 - 80ml - 27.5” MTB 70 - 90ml - 29” MTB 100 - 120ml For wider rim / tyre combinations and / or additional puncture protection we recommend adding up to 30ml more sealant to the above quantities * Always check sealant regularly and top up as required † If a seal can’t be made, add more sealant in increments as required

"Peaty's unique single-sided fork design allows for multiple plug sizes to be easily rolled into the dip of the fork and pushed straight into the tyre. The open side to the fork then allows for the tool to be easily pulled back out of the hole without pulling the plug out with it. Made from high quality 316 Stainless steel, the fork is designed to be as short as possible to reduce the chance of you puncturing your rim tape when inserting a plug. The fork has also been designed with a reaming texture on the shaft, to clean out punctures before plugging, and to be as slim as possible, so it doesn’t widen the size of the hole already there. Shrinking down to a tiny 65mm x 19mm, this tool has been designed to easily fit into your pocket or slot into a tool wrap or backpack. With knurling on the tool base and ribbing on the lid, you shouldn’t have any issues gripping the tool, even in the muddiest of conditions. Simply unscrew the lid and thread it onto the rear of the tool to make a sturdy handle to hold onto while inserting the plug. This pack includes three thick (3mm) plugs and three thin (1.5mm) plugs. These plug sheets can be neatly wrapped around the fork and stored neatly inside the compact water-sealed body.
